S OZGU TEXTILE, after five years of research and development, has now implemented a revolutionary new yarn dyeing technology which allows a worn effect to be readily achieved in denim garments using industrial stone washing.

The faded color shades can be obtained distinctly by ordinary, simple industrial mechanical washing processes on garments produced with our denim fabric.

This technology is a serious alternative to conventional indigo denim production. The process itself is most ‘eco-friendly’ with no waste dyestuff, minimal water consumption, no harmful chemicals.

The name of our new technology is SOZDENIM, it produces improved dye fastness results against chlorine washing and light, it offers the possibility to dye in many different colors with excellent consistency within batches and shade repeatability between batches compared with conventional INDIGO DENIM.

The mechanical effect of industrial washing alone is sufficient to obtain faded color shades, there is no longer a need to apply harmful chemicals to garments. Alkali or acidic mediums do not cause clearly visible shade differences and there is no ‘cross staining’ where different colours are combined within a garment
